Common Questions

Inappropriate usage
1.The temperature during polishing is too high;
2.Small spaces may lead to breaks, ruptures, melting and deformation;
3.Not moving may cause excessive abrasion and heat generation;
4. If the unevenness is too deep, the speed should be reduced to prevent rupture;
5.Too high speed or depth may increase the risk of breakage.

Common Problems

1.Breakage or rupture.
2.The workpiece is dull and black after polishing.
3.Other matters adhere to the surface of the workpiece.
4.Incomplete deburring
5.Dust is easy to adhere to the workpiece.

Working Condition Reset

There are differences in the products of different manufacturers. They should be used in large quantities after trial, adjustment and verification to reduce costs and increase efficiency as well as avoid losses.

The difference between WOLF abrasive bristle brush and abrasive nylon filament brushes.
To put it simply, abrasive bristle brush exerts soft force, just like a mop, adheres to the surface to clean & polish and has less removal amount, similar to non-woven cloth/cloth wheel. While abrasive nylon filament brushes, like a broom, is suitable for quick grinding/deburring/removal of rougher surfaces, and will affect the shape and cause scratches.
WOLF abrasive bristle brush is soft and has lower pressure and small removal amount, so it is suitable for cleaning/polishing/brightening. The abrasive nylon filament is harder, sharper, and more impact-resistant, thus having more removal amount and resulting in a rougher surface.There are obvious functional differences between WOLF abrasive bristle polishing brush and nylon abrasive wire polishing brush, therefore, they cannot replace each other, and can be used in combination.
